The Weight Loss Starter package contains around 21 meals. You can use it either to maintain your weight (replace one meal per day with the shake) or to lose weight (replace two meals per day with the shake).
Keep in mind that if you use it for weight loss, you will have enough shakes for around 2 weeks.
Mix two flat scoops (about 26g) of Herbalife Formula 1 Shake and two flat scoops (about 26g) of Protein Drink Mix with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best. If you did not purchase the Herbalife scoop, one flat tablespoon roughly equals one scoop.
